Brief introduction
※ The analysis method of biao zhunGB11914-89 standardizes the determination steps of chemical oxygen demand (COD) for water quality, and strictly specifies the conditions and indicators such as heating digestion time, solution acidity, oxidant and catalyst dosage of the method. It is obvious that the determination of COD (cr) in water quality has strict conditions, and any operation that violates these conditions will affect the accuracy of the determination.
※ The TC-100D biao zhun COD digester follows the basic principles of international biao zhun (ISO) and biao zhun (GB11914-89), ensuring a digestion operation with reflux heating and slight boiling for 2 hours. The preparation and addition of reagent solutions are consistent with the national standard method, ensuring reliable and accurate analysis results.

※ The heating panel of TC-100D biao zhunCOD digester adopts ceramic glass (microcrystalline glass panel) as the heating carrier, which has the characteristics of adjustable thermal expansion coefficient in a large range, chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance, good thermal stability, high operating temperature, and good temperature uniformity; The use of glass burr reflux pipes instead of spherical reflux pipes, and the use of air cooling technology instead of tap water reflux cooling, with static water assisting cooling at the end of the condenser pipe, can not only save water and standardize the instrument, but also improve the safety of instrument use.
※ The chemical solution preparation, operation, and COD calculation of the instrument fully comply with GB11914-89. COD water samples below 50mg/L can be improved in accuracy by diluting titrants and oxidants, while COD water samples above 700mg/L can be determined by diluting the water sample proportionally.

3、 Performance characteristics
